TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Only machines of 124cc and above qualify for this promotion
• Check is available from 7th December 2009 to 20th February 2010
• All Health Checks must be booked in advance with the participating dealer prior to arrival at the dealership
• The Yamaha winter Health Check & oil/filter change is undertaken at the request of the owner and the dealership has the right to stop the check at any time
• The dealer may elect not to try and remove any corroded or seized parts or fixings and having removed such parts may elect not to replace them after removal if the dealer deems the parts to be beyond serviceable standard
• This Health Check is a set of checks and any additional work required above and beyond the items specifically listed will be at the discretion of the dealer.
• Charges may be made for any parts used or additional work that is carried out by the dealer with prior agreement of the owner
• The Yamaha Winter Health Check & oil/filter change does not constitute or replace normal routine services
• 10% discount on genuine Yamaha parts can be obtained after agreement on proposed repair following winter Health Check (Yamaha Accessories and Apparel are excluded from discount)
• To obtain the 10% discount on genuine parts, the total purchase of these parts must in one single transaction, be above £30 including VAT and no higher than £1,000 (excluding labour cost and non genuine parts/accessories)
• The Yamaha winter health check is a visual inspection of the machine and specific parts and some measurements (detailed list is available at participating dealers and owner will receive a copy of completed Health Check sheet following the Check)
• The dealer may decide not to run the engine if he believes that this may cause mechanical damage to the engine
• The dealership is not responsible or liable for the failure of any part during the inspection or following the inspection
• Any advice or recommendations given by the dealership are valid only at the time of the Health Check
• Any recommendations are not legally binding and the vehicle owner remains responsible for the roadworthiness of his/her machine, and for any related offence. Should the rider/owner choose not to have any remedial work done, the dealer may recommend that certain essential work be carried out on the grounds of safety before the rider/owner uses the machine
• The machine must be taken to the dealership
• Terms of the promotion are fixed, no alternative available
